NEUEHOUSE NEW YORK
The NeueHouse New York building is located in 110 East 25th Street in Manhattan which is a five-story, 50,000-square-foot, century-old property restored and renovated by renowned architect David Rockwell. The design aims to provide its members to feel like a boutique hotel with high-end finishes, a creative, industrial-meets-cozy-chic vibe, and a more upscale atmosphere.
This co working space is known for its appearance to be a very chic hotel rather than an office space. The area features warm lighting, with neutral hues of browns, blacks and white, industrial lighting fixtures. Concrete and industrial design go hand in hand in this concept. Concrete is being juxtaposed against wood with exposed structure or “open plenum” ceilings that increases the height of the entire area and makes it feel more spacious.
The NeueHouse aims to provide working place to small businesses and individual entrepreneurs, operating in the film, fashion, design, publishing and arts sectors. This co-working space offers standard services depending and it such as Wi-Fi, printing and meeting room access, members can also enjoy a variety of luxurious perks to name a few are cultural programming, happy hour, artisan roasted coffee, art exhibitions, Linus bikes, noise-canceling headphones, in-house production services and many more.
