Established a sourcing team in China to secure premium materials at better prices, enhancing our supply chain and client value..

Expanded internationally by launching Renovator Hub Sdn Bhd in Malaysia.

Throughout my 25+ years in the construction and renovation industry, I have seen how poor design and build can lead to inefficiency, frustration, and even a lack of productivity in business. And as someone with a deep passion for this industry, I knew what companies were missing.

Don Lim Founder & Chief Executive Director, RH Design & Build

Don Lim is the Founder and Chief Executive Director of RH Design & Build, where he has established a reputation for visionary leadership, strategic foresight, and a commitment to design innovation. Renowned for his dynamic approach to business development and networking, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and positioning it as a leader in avant-garde interior design integrated with cutting-edge technology.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Don actively contributes to the advancement of Singapore’s design and construction industry. He serves as a Committee Member of the Singapore Furniture Industries Council (SFIC) and as Treasurer of the Specialist Trade Alliance of Singapore (STAS), playing a key role in fostering collaboration, setting industry benchmarks, and promoting sustainable business practices. Under his leadership, RH Design & Build continues to set new standards in creativity, craftsmanship, and technological integration.

Angie Tee is the Co-founder and Creative Director of RH Design & Build

A leading design and construction firm established in 2006. With nearly two decades of industry experience, she is recognized for her ability to transform business visions into immersive spatial experiences that blend strategic functionality with refined aesthetics. Over her career, Angie has successfully led the design and delivery of more than 500 projects for brands across retail, hospitality, corporate, and lifestyle sectors. Her approach is anchored in a deep understanding of each client’s business

model, target market, and brand DNA—ensuring that every project is not only visually compelling, but also commercially strategic. A trusted advisor to business owners and executives, Angie brings together creative innovation, meticulous detailing, and business acumen to craft environments that enhance brand presence, engage customers, and drive long-term value. Her reputation for professionalism, vision, and results-driven design has made her a sought-after name in the region’s interior design and build industry.

Su Fengjun – Interior Designer

Su Fengjun is a seasoned interior designer with a wealth of experience across a broad spectrum of decorative styles. She possesses an in-depth understanding of design methodologies and project execution processes, supported by substantial hands-on expertise. Known for her exceptional patience and strong ability to interpret client needs, Su Fengjun offers insightful design perspectives that drive innovative and bespoke solutions, ensuring each project is both functional and aesthetically compelling.

Keven Han Changlong – Interior Designer

Keven is an experienced interior designer with a strong background in architectural design and visual merchandising. Over the years, he has contributed to numerous projects across Singapore. His expertise spans diverse design styles, and he is skilled at tailoring design concepts and detailing to align with each brand’s identity and client requirements.
